The Power is a six-week experience for intelligent, spiritually curious women 35+ who are ready to explore their potential and create an extraordinary next chapter. We're bringing together intelligent manifestation, practical action, magic, experimentation, buckets of compassion and a community of women who genuinely want to see one another do extraordinary things.
You don't have to become a different person to belong here. Although you may well surprise yourself with what you become willing to do.

I've always loved manifestation because there is something deeply powerful about allowing yourself to imagine beyond the evidence currently sitting in front of you. But I've also wanted a version of this work that respects our intelligence, understands the lives we're actually living and leaves plenty of room for the mysterious, extraordinary and deliciously unexplainable.
We have bodies, hormones, families, businesses, jobs, responsibilities, histories, conditioning, grief, ambition and mental load. We also have imagination, intuition, creativity, pleasure, wisdom and the capacity to reinvent ourselves in ways we couldn't previously have imagined.
I want ALL of it in the room.
The ability to question an idea intelligently while remaining gloriously open to discovering something new.
I have absolutely no interest in asking intelligent women to abandon their discernment in order to explore their spirituality.
And I'm equally uninterested in a world where we've become so obsessed with being rational, sensible and evidence-based that we've forgotten how to dream, experiment, play and trust ourselves.

About Alice
I'm Alice Rose.
I'm 43, an IVF mum of three, a certified transformative coach, oracle card reader, writer, creative and someone who has spent almost a decade helping women navigate profound change.
From 2017 to 2026, I built a global reputation in fertility support, working with thousands of women through some of the most emotionally intense chapters of their lives. My work has been featured in Red, Stylist, The Telegraph and Harper's Bazaar, and I've created a 5-star podcast, sold-out events, contributed to published books and produced audio for the BBC.
Those years taught me an enormous amount about women. How much we carry, how brilliantly we adapt and how often we override our own desires while looking after everybody else. Since 2023, I've brought that experience into HAPPEN, developing the HAPPEN Method and Dream Filter System™ to help women reinvent their businesses, careers and lives.
And in summer 2026, I had to follow my own work. I walked away from the fertility niche that had built my reputation and business. As the breadwinner for our family of five, it was one of the scariest professional decisions I'd ever made. But I knew I'd changed. Within a month, my revenue had increased by 200%, my Instagram was growing for the first time in four years and I was having more fun with my children than I had in ages. Most importantly, I was happier.

What if I cannot make the live call times?
Both live group coaching calls are recorded so you can catch up whenever suits you. You can submit questions in advance, and Alice will answer your specific situation during the call.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Plan for 3–4 short, focused lessons plus the live calls and whatever magical practices and weekly dares call to you. The work is designed to integrate into your existing life, not give you homework that causes more overwhelm. Alice has three children and a breadwinning business, she has no interest in making personal development your new full-time job.
How does the founding price work?
The founding cohort launch price is £222 (normally £333), available until Wednesday 28 October at 9am. After that, the investment increases to £333. Enrolment closes completely at midnight on Saturday 31 October, Samhain, so our cohort can begin together.

Will I get direct contact with Alice Rose?
Yes. Alice leads every live session herself and is inside the group weekly for coaching, questions and support. This is not handed off to junior coaches.
